About the role

Our client is looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Export Coordinator to support end‑to‑end export operations for air and sea shipments, including booking coordination, documentation follow‑up, invoicing support, and general administrative work.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate export bookings for air and sea freight with forwarders/carriers and internal teams
  • Prepare and follow up on export documents (e.g., shipping instructions, BL/AWB details, packing list, invoice data, permits as needed)
  • Track shipment status and provide updates to customers/internal stakeholders
  • Support billing/invoicing: verify charges, prepare invoices, follow up on billing queries, file records
  • Liaise with warehouses/drivers/vendors to ensure smooth cargo handover and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel/system, filing and documentation control
  • Handle general admin tasks: email coordination, data entry, reports, and ad‑hoc support
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent; experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipping is an advantage
  • Familiar with export operations (air/sea), basic shipping documents (BL/AWB) preferred
  • Comfortable with Excel and administrative work; able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills; careful with details
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
