Strategic External Training Programme Sales Manager
Job summary
A training and consultancy company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead external training programmes. The role focuses on programme management, marketing, and business development. Ideal candidates should have relevant qualifications, a proven track record in training program design, and strong leadership skills. This position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth and develop impactful training solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a training manager or similar role.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programmes.
- Holds at least one of the following certifications: ACTA, ACLP, or DACE.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and coordinate external public and corporate training programmes.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, success, and ROI.
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for training programmes.
- Drive business development, programme sales, and revenue growth.
