Job description
Position Overview

Fusion is one of Autodesk’s fastest growing businesses, and APAC is a critical region for accelerating that momentum. We are hiring a Fusion Sales Manager for APAC to lead Fusion Land and Fusion Expansion sellers across Korea and Australia/New Zealand. These teams drive new customer acquisition and growth within existing Fusion accounts, making this role central to Fusion’s success in the region.

Autodesk’s culture emphasizes curiosity, rapid innovation, and ownership. We believe in reimagining what is possible, taking smart risks, and pursuing results with urgency. Within Fusion we live that. You will be joining a team that combines the agility of a startup, the backing of a global leader, and a passion for meaningful change in manufacturing.

This is a frontline sales leadership role for someone who knows how to lead distributed teams, coach reps remotely, and navigate multiple cultures with respect and effectiveness. You will work closely with Autodesk’s Sales Leaders across Korea and ANZ, while reporting directly to the APAC Director of Sales for Fusion based in Japan.

Fusion moves fast. We expect a leader who brings urgency, discipline, and strong field instincts while also being able to build trust and collaboration across borders, cultures, and working styles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Fusion Land and Expansion sellers across Korea and ANZ with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.

  • Drive consistent execution across new customer acquisition and expansion motions, ensuring each market delivers against Fusion revenue targets.

  • Coach reps remotely by joining customer calls, shaping deal strategies, inspecting opportunity quality, and enforcing strong pipeline hygiene.

  • Build strong partnerships with Autodesk’s local sales leaders in Korea and ANZ to ensure Fusion priorities integrate smoothly into the broader manufacturing GTM.

  • Support reps in navigating cultural nuances across diverse customer environments and internal teams.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and disciplined sales operations across two distinct subregions.

  • Partner with marketing, technical sales, and channel teams to build repeatable, scalable field motions tailored for APAC.

  • Ensure your team deeply understands and communicates Fusion’s value across engineering, manufacturing, and operations workflows.

  • Help shape regional strategy and customer engagement plans with the APAC Fusion Sales Leader in Japan.

  • Fusion revenue performance across Korea and ANZ.

  • Pipeline creation, quality, and progression in each market.

  • Forecast accuracy and operational discipline.

  • Team performance, development, and retention.

  • Alignment and execution across APAC Sales, technical teams, and regional leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven success as a frontline sales leader in software, ideally tied to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology.

  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple cultures and operating rhythms.

  • Strong field instincts with the ability to coach reps in complex sales cycles and influence customer engagement from afar.

  • High standards around pipeline management, qualification, and forecast accuracy.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed sales teams and multiple countries.

  • Competitive drive, sound judgment, and the ability to unify a geographically spread team behind shared goals.
