A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales professional to manage customer enquiries and develop sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a GCE ‘O’ Level, 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, providing customer service, and conducting follow-ups. A valid Class 3 driving license is necessary for client visits. Attend to sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and present proposals to customers.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with both external customers and internal teams.
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to grow business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Conduct follow-ups with potential prospects through cold calls and outreach activities to meet sales targets.
Meet clients face-to-face when required (company vehicle will be provided).
Prepare and submit month-end sales reports.
Self-driven, motivated, and able to work towards deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
Customer-focused and results-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
Experience in freight forwarding customer service will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (for client visits when required).
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
