Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their Wealth Management team. This role involves developing and managing high-net-worth client relationships, providing tailored investment solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of financial markets, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin being advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of frontline experience in wealth management, private banking, or brokerage environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus.

  • Identify, acquire, and manage HNW and UHNW clients to grow the firm’s wealth management business.
  • Build long‑term relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals and providing personalized solutions.
  • Offer comprehensive investment advice across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, structured products.
  • Execute client transactions accurately and in compliance with internal policies and MAS regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships, providing tailored investment solutions, and driving business growth in alignment with regulatory standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, acquire, and manage HNW and UHNW clients to grow the firm’s wealth management business
  • Build long‑term relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals and providing personalized solutions.
Investment Advisory & Execution
  • Offer comprehensive investment advice across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, structured products.
  • Execute client transactions accurately and in compliance with internal policies and MAS regulations.
Business Development
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM).
  • Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and suitability standards.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of frontline experience in wealth management, private banking, or brokerage environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • MAS Representative License (CMS for dealing in securities) or ability to obtain one.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus to communicate with Headquarter in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
