The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial management, a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and strong skills in contract negotiation and risk management. This role involves driving negotiations, managing project costs, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of civil and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in contract negotiation, cost management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management, ensuring that all agreements are secured in the organisation’s best interest.
Lead commercial and contractual activities across civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and internal governance standards.
Drive end-to-end contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners to secure favourable terms and protect the company’s commercial position.
Analyse and interpret contract conditions, tender documents, and commercial risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Manage claims, variations, extension-of-time submissions, and dispute resolution matters.
Oversee project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure healthy project margins.
Monitor financial and commercial performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Lead procurement and subcontract strategy, including drafting, reviewing, and finalising subcontract agreements.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and alignment with commercial objectives.
Support tendering activities, pricing strategies, and bid reviews to enhance competitiveness.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders while safeguarding the organisation’s commercial and contractual interests.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
10 years of commercial management experience within civil, geotechnical, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of contract forms (e.g., PSSCOC, FIDIC) and construction law principles.
Proven track record in negotiating favourable contract terms and managing complex commercial issues.
Hands‑on experience with claims, variations, risk analysis, and dispute resolution.
