About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to build meaningful relationships with families, ensure smooth coordination with nannies, and drive the growth of our regular nanny service – Aunty Concierge.

This role combines client service, operations, and sales. You’ll be the key contact for families, ensuring every parent feels supported and every sitter is well coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Speak with clients to understand their childcare needs, educate them on our services, and recommend suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with sitters on availability, arrange and confirm trial sessions or bookings
  • Provide timely replacements when sitters are unavailable
  • Manage client accounts (including MSF or hotel bookings), follow up on feedback, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Convert enquiries to confirmed bookings and drive package renewals
  • Identify upselling opportunities to grow client value and retention
  • Support operational and administrative tasks as needed to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with the team to improve client experience and streamline processes
