We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to build meaningful relationships with families, ensure smooth coordination with nannies, and drive the growth of our regular nanny service – Aunty Concierge.
This role combines client service, operations, and sales. You’ll be the key contact for families, ensuring every parent feels supported and every sitter is well coordinated.
