A major healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle coding and abstraction of diagnoses and procedures. The ideal candidate must possess relevant healthcare qualifications along with coding experience in a hospital setting, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented work attitude. This role involves collaboration with physicians and participation in various projects.
Qualifications
- Relevant coding experience in a hospital setting is a must.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- A target-oriented team player with initiative and a positive work attitude.
Responsabilités
- Responsible for accurate and timely abstraction and coding of diagnoses.
- Involved in coding review and analysis.
- Establish effective communication with Physicians on coding matters.
Connaissances
Formation
You will be responsible for accurate and timely abstraction and coding of diagnoses, procedures and other essential information. You will also be involved in coding review and analysis; establish effective communication with Physicians on coding matters and participate in projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Foreign MBBS, Nursing or Healthcare related degrees or equivalent
- Relevant coding experience in Hospital setting is a must
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- A target-oriented team player with initiative and a positive work attitude
- Committed, meticulous and detailed
