Job description

Our client, is a MNC and leading A1 Main contractor diverse in civil and large scale infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Leading a Team of project QS.
• Draft and negotiate terms and conditions in Contract Agreements
• Well-versed and knowledgeable of construction contract terminology.
• Team support to the Project Manager in Contract Management Cost Control.
• Prepare and submit procurement schedule for permanent works in accordance to Master Programme.
• Ensure procurement/award for permanent works is in accordance to approved procurement schedule.
• Manage contractual matters relating to cost and delays with the client and the subcontractors.
• Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms & conditions.
• Negotiate with consultants and resolve contract issue.
• Negotiation with new suppliers/sub-contractors and dispute management.
• Preparation of progress reports, progress charts and interim progress claims.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• Experience design and build Data center project preferred.
