Job summary

A Quantity Surveying Consultancy in Singapore is seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor to provide consultant duties for construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess a PSPC-recognised Bachelor's Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of SIA and PSSCOC forms of contract would be advantageous. The position offers negotiable salary, course sponsorship, and potential bonuses.

We are a Quantity Surveying Consultancy company. We require a full-time Quantity Surveyor.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide Consultant Quantity Surveyor duties for construction projects from inception through to completion and handover to Client.

Requirements

1. PSPC-Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent from recognized universities for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline.
2. Preferably with at least 1 year of QS relevant working experience with both private and public section clients and with knowledge of SIA and PSSCOC forms of contract.
3. Applicant who is currently a probational member with SISV or enroute to obtain Professional Qualification with SISV, APQS, AIQS or RICS will be an advantage.
4. Work experience gained from consultancy firm will be an advantage.
5. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and SPRs.
