Position Title: Sales Director

Location: Singapore

Job Summary:

As the Sales Director, you will be a pivotal member of our executive team, leading and inspiring a dynamic sales force to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets. With a deep understanding of the electronics market and a proven track record in sales strategy execution, you will devise and implement innovative sales plans that align with our corporate vision and drive market penetration. Your expertise in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, coupled with your ability to navigate complex business landscapes, will be instrumental in propelling our company to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and market trends. Set ambitious sales targets and devise actionable plans to achieve them.

  2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Develop individual career paths and provide coaching to enhance team members’ skills and performance.

  3. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor solutions that exceed expectations. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

  4. Market Analysis & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Leverage insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

  5. Revenue Growth & Performance Management: Drive revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

  6. Product Knowledge & Training: Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio, including adapters, servers, power tools, PCs, energy storage systems, and EV charging station power supplies. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

  7. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in the electronics or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth understanding of the electronics market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in the Pearl River Delta region or willingness to relocate.
