Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, production documentation, procurement, and coordination between departments in a manufacturing environment.

Position Details

Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: North-East Singapore
Working Hours: Office Hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Production Manager with daily administrative and production support tasks.
  • Prepare and issue production work orders and track employee attendance & overtime.
  • Manage and maintain controlled documents (DCC) including filing, distribution, and archiving.
  • Raise purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers for office and production materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and production consumables.
  • Provide general clerical support including emails, calls, meetings, and visitor coordination.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned and support smooth workflow across departments.
Requirements
  • GCE O level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel for data tracking).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsible, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and a good team player
  • Work in a team environment and interface with all levels within the organization
  • Willing to work overtime if needed.
  • Candidate with cables product supply chain knowledge will be offered for higher role.
