Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, induction, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate training schedules and track employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, including payroll support and leave management.
  • Help manage employee benefits and ensure timely processing of claims.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and other employment laws.
  • Maintain a filing system for HR documents and records.
  • Assist with any other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, HRIS) is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Experience with MOM compliance and HR reporting is a plus.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
