A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, organizing HR documents, preparing onboarding materials, and assisting with training programs. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Human Resources or related fields and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. This role offers valuable experience within the Human Resources domain.
Accurate data entry and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS.
Organizing filing systems for all HR documents, ensuring confidentiality.
Preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
Assisting with the coordination, scheduling, and logistics of employee training programs.
Tracking employee training participation and maintaining related records.
Assisting with the preparation, submission, and renewal of work pass applications.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all work pass regulations.
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
