Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating office supplies for the company and related company
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, report preparation, and assisting with travel or event arrangements
  • Maintain office equipment and ensure a tidy, efficient workspace
  • Assist with basic HR functions, such as onboarding documentation or employee records, if required
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the team's operational needs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similaradministrative role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledgeof Excel
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with theability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, SecretarialStudies, or a related field.
