A prominent project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Data Center Project Coordinator to oversee internal system-specific projects from inception to delivery. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in data centers. Ideal candidates should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and experience with data center lifecycles. The Data Center Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information, system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. The role coordinates work performed by network engineers, data center technicians, and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. The role develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including asset management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
