Asset Management jobs in Singapore

This role is to support the company's growth and investment strategy by sourcing new deals, evaluating property opportunities, and working closely with investors. The position may be structured as a Business Development, Analyst, or Asset Management role depending on the candidate’s strengths, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and deal evaluation.

The ideal candidate has a background in consultancy, capital markets, or property advisory firms and is comfortable working with investment models and investor‑facing materials.

• Source and evaluate new property and investment opportunities for the company.
• Build and analyse financial models, including waterfall charts and return structures.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial due diligence on potential deals.
• Support negotiations and deal structuring with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare investment decks, analysis, and reports for management and investors.
• Work closely with investors and external partners throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Support asset management activities post‑acquisition where required.
• Track performance of existing assets and provide insights for optimisation.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consultancy, capital markets, real estate advisory, or similar fields.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (including waterfall models).
• Experience in deal sourcing, investment analysis, or asset management.
• Comfortable engaging with investors and senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
