The Opportunity

IAM Asia Capital is a fast‑growing independent asset management firm. We are hiring Assistant/JuniorRelationship Manager to support senior partners in managing and expanding family office relationships across North Asia Market.

This is a front‑office role with client exposure - ideal for bank ARMs who want broader responsibility, open architecture access, and a clear path to becoming a Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Relationship Managers in servicing family office and UHNW clients
• Manage client onboarding, account opening, and KYC across multiple private banks
• Assist in portfolio execution, order placement, and transaction follow‑ups
• Prepare investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations
• Coordinate with private banks, custodians, trustees, and external advisors
• Support client meetings, family office projects, and cross‑border structures

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years' experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office
• Current ARM / Assistant RM experience in a private bank is a strong advantage
• Exposure to North Asia / Greater China clients preferred
• Understanding of investment products and portfolio workflows
• Comfortable working across multiple banks and platforms
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and client‑focused
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential)
