The Company

This is a permanent, in‑house position responsible for the application support, administration, and ongoing development of Salesforce Sales Cloud. The role plays a critical part in ensuring Salesforce remains stable, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s asset management business requirements.

The Role

• Provide end-to-end support, administration, and development of Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce functionalities to support business processes
• Partner with business users to gather requirements and deliver sustainable technical solutions
• Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root‑cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Contribute to platform enhancements, automation, and data optimization initiatives
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with internal governance and best practice
• Support long-term platform roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with strong focus on Sales Cloud
• Experience working in an asset management or investment management environment
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce in a permanent, enterprise setting
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (required)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
