Purpose of Role

As an Executive, Project Management (PMO) and Store Development, you will drive end-to-end project management across South APAC, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of store development initiatives aligned with global brand standards and regional business objectives.

This role goes beyond project oversight, contributing to the continuous improvement of store design and development strategies through close collaboration with cross-functional partners and the informed use of retail performance insights. You will support the integration of design, commercial, and operational considerations to enhance both store effectiveness and the customer experience.

The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while upholding consistency, governance, and execution excellence across the region.

Your Impact
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Manage and coordinate New Store Opening (NSO) processes, timelines, and tracking across South APAC, in alignment with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Lead project kick-off coordination with respective regional teammates to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee all active project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and effective issue resolution.
  • Manage fixture forecasting and coordinate all fixture orders across South APAC.
  • Coordinate with local teams on fit-out requirements, material sourcing submissions, and approval processes.
  • Maintain accurate store count records and align updates with Global PMO and Elementum systems.
  • Manage and support Capex tracking for each project, providing visibility and input for future NSO and store-related initiatives.
  • Track and analyze high-level expenditure data across owned and operated stores to support informed decision‑making.
RETAIL PERFORMANCE, VM & ASSET MANAGEMENT
  • Support retail marketing and Visual Merchandising (VM) asset tracking, ensuring accurate documentation and availability across projects.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of retail marketing and VM assets, working closely with VM and Retail teams to support effective store execution.
  • Apply high-level retail KPI analysis to support store development and design considerations, including referencing performance indicators to inform discussions and improvements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interpret and reference retail KPI metrics when collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance store effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
TEAM COLLABORATION
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Key Account Managers, to achieve project and design objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional teammates to ensure premium execution across all projects.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software, as well as SketchUp and 3ds Max.
  • Strong knowledge of retail design principles and space planning.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to work with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A portfolio demonstrating previous retail design and drafting projects will be highly regarded.
