As a Trainee Functional Consultant working within the support team of SuisseTechPartners, you will be part of the team delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a fast-paced environment and you will have the opportunity to work with and develop working relationships with senior staff from across the globe. Other responsibilities include writing detailed business requirements as well as testing/implementating business changes to our system and processes. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and business analysis by ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need, in a timely manner. After a thorough training program, you will be required to gain a thorough understanding of our client’s business practices and act responsibly to ensure that the needs of our clients are met. You will be continuously striving to develop and apply your knowledge of Financial Services in the Asset Management/Services industry, contributing to SuisseTechPartners growth.

  • Ability to work constructively in a solution orientated team environment to respond quickly to customer needs, working with urgency to propose creative solutions that deliver demonstrable value
  • A customer advocate, escalating issues quickly
  • This may be your first job, or you have a few years experience and want to switch
Desired Profile
  • A university degree specializing in at least one of the following; Accounting with Investments, Business with strong Accounting element, Financial Engineering
  • Ability to analyze and present complex information in a clear, structured and concise manner
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages will be considered a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and with others to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • While full training is provided, some knowledge of financial practices and software would be helpful
