Job Summary
The Business Development & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by assisting the investment team to develop bespoke solutions to clients.
This role combines sales, sales strategy, brand positioning, and marketing execution to strengthen the company’s market presence and achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders with the investment team
- Conduct market research and identifying customer needs with the investment team
- Develop and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and offline channels
- Oversee branding, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency and impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
Sales & Revenue Support
- Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support conversion
- Develop pricing, promotions, and value propositions to enhance competitiveness
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to management
Management & Reporting
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Prepare reports on business development progress, marketing ROI, and market trends
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and finance

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience managing partnerships and client relationships
