Job description
Job Description:
- Assist the A/Cs & Admin Manager & Senior Executive on the assigned tasks.
- Prepare trade/shipment invoices daily and email to customers for payment, including overdue invoices. Scan invoices for billing and mail copies to customers by post.
- Update daily accounts journal entries and postings; knowledge of simple accounting is required.
- Prepare three reports for management: sales closing by country, stock adjustment report, and Excel debtors outstanding balance.
- Assist with fixed assets physical checks and stock take activity monthly.
