Job summary

A leading financial services company in Singapore seeks a candidate to support Relationship Managers in client onboarding and documentation management. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Relationship Managers in onboarding new institutional and corporate clients.
  • Conduct thorough Account Opening checks, including KYC, AML, and Customer Due Diligence in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work actively with Front, Middle and Back Office teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth pre- and post-sales service delivery.
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure their trading accounts and platform access are fully set up and functional.
  • Assist RMs with sales initiatives, marketing activities and client engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and update client documentation with strong compliance discipline.
  • Participate in process reviews and contribute to workflow enhancements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly business and marketing reports for management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
