Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

We are a food and beverage (F&B) business looking to expand our team. Currently, we are hiring HR Admin & Accounts Receivable to support our daily accounting and administrative operations.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin & Accounts Receivable to manage day-to-day HR administrative functions and maintain accurate financial records. This dual‑role position plays a key part in supporting smooth office operations by coordinating HR processes, assisting with recruitment, handling payroll and managing accounts receivable in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. 1. Bookkeeping & Accounts Receivable
    • Handle Accounts Receivable functions
    • Manage and reconcile corporate bank accounts
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely collection follow‑ups
  2. 2. Payroll & Expense Management
    • Oversee payroll and claims processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MOM and CPF regulations
    • Maintain and update confidential employee records
    • Administer staff leave and attendance professionally
  3. 3. Recruitment & HR Administration
    • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and onboarding
    • Coordinate staff training course
    • Act as the first point of contact for all HR‑related queries
Requirements
  • 1. Relevant educational background in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2. Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • 3. This is a full on‑site role, no hybrid work arrangement is available.
  • 4. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking customer and stakeholders.
