The role

The Accountant is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations through accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role prepares financial reports and schedules to support audits, tax filings, and management reporting.

  • Maintain full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL) and oversee daily accounting operations.
  • Support routine financial activities including bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.
  • Support tax filings, audit exercises, and statutory submissions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reporting packs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
The Requirements
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting systems.
  • High attention to detail with a structured approach to reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with MsDynamics a huge plus.
