Job summary

A leading maintenance services provider in Singapore is looking for an accounting executive to manage daily financial records and act as the primary point of contact for all bank-related matters. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy and proficiency in accounting software, with good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Experience in the construction industry is preferred. This role involves preparing cash flow projections and ensuring payment processes are followed accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry and handling full set accounts.
• Ability to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• Communication in Chinese is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update daily bank balances for financial accuracy.
• Primary contact for all bank matters, including inquiries and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flow projections to aid in financial planning.

Requirement

• Monitor and update daily bank balances to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Primary point of contact for all bank-related matters, including account inquiries, transactions, and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
• Review, verify, and post invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Initiate and process payments to vendors and suppliers using online banking platforms, while adhering to payment schedules and financial controls.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to handle queries, requests and concerns from Chinese speaking associates.

Job Scope
