• Own and manage company-wide P&L, including revenue, margins, costs, and profitability
• Lead and oversee sales teams across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for regional sales leaders
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, pricing, and margin outcomes
• Establish governance around forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with Finance
• Approve sales headcount planning, incentive structures, and related expenditures
• Ensure alignment between sales performance, company strategy, and financial objectives

• About 5 years of experience in managing multi-regional sales teams along with P&L ownership and executive operational responsibility
• Familiarity with the global electronic components market, including suppliers and customers will be highly advantageous
• Experience in company management and strategic decision-making
