Our client, a reputable social service agency, is seeking a highly proactive Strategic Assistant to support their Senior Leadership Team. This newly created role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations, strategic execution, and effective stakeholder engagement as the organization embarks on a growth phase over the next five years.
Manage the Senior Leadership Team office operations, including documentation, protocols, and administrative workflows
Coordinate and manage Senior Leadership Team schedules and key meetings, including pre-meeting preparation (agendas, factsheets) and post-meeting follow-ups
Represent the Senior Leadership Team in meetings, handle visitor management, logistics, and program administration
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and foundations
Support strategic initiatives by tracking KPIs, managing special grants, submitting grant applications, monitoring outcomes, and collaborating with Finance on budgeting
Facilitate communication and coordination with immediate stakeholders, including government and partner organizations
3 to 5 years of work experience
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with government-related personnel
Proactive, resourceful, and a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
Technology savvy with proficiency in relevant office tools
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field preferred
