Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP/MRP system enhancements and digital tool adoption.

• Work closely with business operations, finance, procurement, logistics, and functional teams to align digital initiatives.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

• Leverage data analytics to monitor supply chain KPIs and identify trends.

• Support predictive modeling and scenario planning for supply chain resilience.

• Ensure data integrity and visibility across digital platforms.

• Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.

• Provide training and mentorship to supply chain teams on digital tools and best practices.

Requisite Criteria & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

• 10+ years in global supply chain with digital/ operations leadership

• Strong experience with ERP transformations, planning tools, cloud analytics, RPA, and digital workflow systems.

• Excellent, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to drive results in a cross-functional, dynamic and fast paced environment that requires managing multiple priorities with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to travel up to 25%
