Job Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals in inventory, purchasing, and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and audit standards.
  • Prepare and oversee the annual purchasing budget aligned with business forecasts.
  • Ensure transfer pricing adheres to corporate policies and global tax/finance guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, holding costs, and stock health to safeguard profitability.
  • Implement measures to reduce excess, slow‑moving, or obsolete inventory.
  • Balance supply constraints with business priorities while maintaining service‑level commitments.
  • Validate customer orders in coordination with Production, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • Adjust order quantities based on factory capacity, material availability, and allocation rules.
  • Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Prevent stockouts, overstock, and aging inventory through proactive forecasting.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
