Work Location - ITE

Working Hours - Mon to Fri 8am - 5.30pm

Monthly Salary - $2580 per month

Job Scope

Finance Operations

  • Process invoicing, credit notes and financial claims
  • Monitor outstanding payments and dunning letters
Examination Admin
  • Coordinate examination activities and oversee the conduct of examinations
  • Liaise with co-training partners, colleges and other divisions
  • Manage assessment documentation and submissions
  • Print and distribute certificates
Divisional Support
  • Provide administrative support to Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Executive
  • Maintain and organize divisional documentation
  • Manage departmental stationery and filing inventory
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder liaison
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
