From agribusiness, ingredients and food processing, to retail, hospitality & fine dining – we provide the inspiration, insight and connections to power our customers’ success.

We have offices in Gatwick, Brighton and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Singapore office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.

Position

Position: Full time – Permanent (37.5hr per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Delegate Sales Executive based in Singapore to connect with clients and sell delegate passes across a portfolio of high growth B2B conferences in the agri-tech, food-tech and sustainability sectors. Working with the Delegate Sales Director and wider Singapore-based team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, and managing and building an extensive pipeline, for our Asia-Pacific Agri-Food Innovation Summit, Growth Asia Summit and with clients within the Asian Region.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Following up new business leads and enquiries, via phone, emails, MS Team meetings and LinkedIn.
  • Identifying and account managing past multi-buyers and key customers.
  • Building, operating and maintaining our sales database.
  • Working closely with the marketing, business development, research, and operations teams.
  • Joining weekly team meetings and feeding back intelligence from the market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Asian agri-food and cleantech industry and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
  • Attending the summits in Asia and helping with the running of each event on the day.
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Previous B2B Sales Experience, ideally with an international focus and selling to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak additional languages, particularly Mandarin and other languages in Asia, would be desirable but not essential.
  • Confident speaking to prospects at all levels of seniority.
  • Natural curiosity and passion for sustainability.
  • An international outlook and interest in current affairs.
  • Experience using sales software such as Salesforce, Goldmine, ZoHo or similar software.
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office.

Company Benefits Include:

  • Health and dental insurance – eligible following three months of employment.
  • You will also be entitled to 18 days holiday per annum (in addition to Singapore public holidays). Every year you will be required to utilise four days of your holiday entitlement on the days which, in addition to Christmas Day, the company designates as days on which it will be closed over the Christmas period.
  • You will automatically be part of the CPF scheme with your share of the contributions being deducted from your wages.
