A financial services provider in Singapore is looking for an accounts manager to handle full accounting responsibilities, including managing general ledger, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will support project managers, manage invoicing, and maintain financial records. This role is crucial for accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor project costs and budgets; support project managers with cost tracking
Process payroll and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties for statutory compliance
Maintain and organize financial records for internal and audit purposes
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and reporting
