Job Scope
  • Support the Accounts Receivable Lead in daily AR operations and reporting.
  • Handle members’ billing, payments, and account reconciliations accurately and promptly.
  • Attend to members’ enquiries on statements, charges, and payment matters with professionalism.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in debt recovery efforts.
  • Assist in month-end closing, audit schedules, and other finance-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Min 1 year of relevant customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle member interactions professionally.
