Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet set targets.
  • Actively engage key accounts in joint creative content creation for campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and demonstrate leadership in pursuing and winning large deals.
  • Accurately forecasting sales performance to enable the company to make informed decisions
  • Propose optimal selling prices for new release products by building a comprehensivepricing model
  • Possess a hunter mentality by actively gathering new leads, source for new accounts
  • Build strong rapport and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Constantly assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate channelperformance and drive excellence
  • Research and identify emerging industry trends, market shifts, new products innovationsand competition activities
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Account Management role
  • Out of the box thinker; creative and strategic mindset.
  • Proven track record in account management and sales achievements.
  • Highly ambitious, and results-oriented.
  • Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to details.
  • A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication.
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
