A leading logistics and freight forwarding company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage key account relationships and ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and have 2 - 4 years of experience in the field. The role offers a competitive salary package ranging from UP$5000 to $5500, along with benefits such as AWS, variable bonuses, and excellent welfare.

- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure service and performance standards are met according to agreements.
- Manage key account expectations and maintain service quality.
- Be the point of contact for key account matters.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in CRM activities to improve customer relationships.
- Resolve disputes and service issues amicably.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams for logistics solutions.
