We are looking for a SEO Account Manager who will take personal responsibility for the success of new and existing clients' SEO campaigns. In this role, you will be accountable for all aspects of clients' SEO strategies, including keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page optimization, and tracking keyword performance. You'll play a vital role in enhancing our clients' online visibility and driving organic traffic to their websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Campaign Management: Take ownership of keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, and implement both on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze keyword performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Strategist and Sales Team to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, along with actionable recommendations to enhance SEO strategies.
  • Client Communication: Respond to clients' emails and calls, and conduct online meetings to provide updates and address their needs.
  • CRM Updates: Regularly update the company CRM system with campaign progress, client communications, and relevant data.
  • Industry Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry news and changes to SEO best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console will be a significant advantage in this role.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility: Singaporeans or PR holders only.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in an SEO-related role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent client management and communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.

Probation Period:

This position includes a 6 months probationary period to assess mutual compatibility within the job role.
