  • Manage and grow client relationships with consistent engagement and high‑quality service
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handovers and successful event execution
  • Represent TheMeetUpSG at industry events, networking sessions, and client engagements
  • Support onsite event coordination when required to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track leads & pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow‑ups
  • Explore partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand event offerings
What You Bring to the Table
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Events Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development (events/hospitality/marketing is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • A proactive, resilient, and target‑driven personality
  • Ability to think strategically, plan ahead, and handle conversations with senior leaders
  • Comfort in hybrid work arrangements and onsite meetings/events
  • A strong existing corporate network is a major advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach strategies
