More about the role

The KAM will be responsible for achieving and exceeding his annual and quarterly sales and Order Intake targets within the assigned region, by attracting and engaging with End-Users and turning them into Key Accounts.

  • Focusing on End Users who are active in any of the following segments: Public, Municipal buildings, and Industry and accountable for professional and detailed Account planning and classification.

  • Must map and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders and the Decision-making Unit matrix of the End-User.

  • Lead, with marketing and product management team, all product and solution launches to the Key Accounts.

  • Must be able to engage, with impact and ease, all external stakeholders related to the Key Account: Consultant, contractor, integrators.

  • Responsible for submitting accurate forecasts monthly and quarterly, and ensure 90% fulfillment of the forecast.

  • Use SFDC CRM system, conduct quality Opportunities, build a healthy pipeline and clear funnel. Must maintain a perfect log of activities and connections.

  • Follow up the payment status with the clients and ensure a healthy cash flow for his clients and accounts and ensure the payment security for each order.

  • 5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry.

  • 5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products and services to accounts.

  • Focuses on customers, creates customer delight.

  • Understands complex sales cycles at a strategic level.

  • Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains.

  • New Business Development with a sharp ability to attract new customers.

  • Comfortable with conducting cold calls and attracting difficult customers.

  • 5+ years of experience engaging with end-users in the above-mentioned segments.

  • Advanced presentation skills.

  • Relationship builder.
