One of our clients is in the Real Estate Industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of a Marketing Manager

Years of Experience: 8 - 10

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Marketing and sales preparation and supervision of the target.
• Developing marketing studies for the company and various projects.
• Planning advertising and promotional campaigns for projects on a variety of digital and print media.
• Providing recommendations and suggestions and implementing direct marketing methods to increase sales volume.
• Preparing and supervising the promotion of marketing events and events to raise awareness of the company in the real estate market.
• Supervising the establishment of a comprehensive database on competitors projects, and everything related to their services, prices, marketing plans, geographic regions, and distributions.
• Develop plans for promotion, advertising, and sales offers in coordination with the sales department.
• Working to increase the marketing share by expanding the promotion of the company.
• Determine promotional objectives and appropriate tools for each area of marketing.
• Finding solutions to cases or problems related to marketing, selling, and promoting projects.
• Preparing periodic reports on the work of the Marketing Department, including all achievements, obstacles, and proposed solutions to develop work and performance, and submitting them to the Executive Director.
• Training individuals working in the Marketing Department on their work and transferring their experience to them.
• Holding periodic meetings for marketing department employees to discuss work procedures, the extent of implementation of the agreed-upon plan, and to identify the difficulties they face in performing the work.
• Any work assigned to him related to the job objectives by the Marketing and Sales Manager.
