As an Education Advisor based in Jeddah, you will play a key role in guiding students on their higher education options, assisting with applications, and building relationships with schools, students, parents, and other institutions. You will also represent UKuni at school visits, education fairs, and other outreach events in Jeddah and surrounding regions.

• Advise students in person and online about academic programs, application procedures, and study destinations
• Follow up with students and parents to encourage progression through the application process
• Support students with university applications by submitting their details to partner institutions and following up to confirm offer acceptance and registration
• Advise students on visa application processes, as well as local and international scholarship opportunities where applicable
• Collaborate with the admissions and customer service teams to ensure a smooth student journey
• Drive student conversions by maintaining consistent follow-up and ensuring timely decision-making, particularly as intake deadlines approach

Outreach & Promotions:

• Represent UKuni at school visits and university fairs in Jeddah and surrounding cities, as well as at national and international education events or conferences organized by or attended on behalf of the company.
• Build relationships with school counselors and educational stakeholders
• Deliver engaging presentations and Q&A sessions to students and parents
• Assist in coordinating and attending local events involving university partners
• Help with venue setup, materials distribution, and event operations
• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate student records and update internal tracking systems (CRM)
• Support invoicing and coordination with the finance team as needed
• Report weekly on outreach activities, student interactions, and conversion progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (education, business, or communication preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in student counseling, customer service, or education promotion
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Confident public speaker with a student-centered mindset
• Comfortable with multitasking, scheduling, and digital follow-up tools
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, or CRM systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally for outreach visits
• Previous experience in a student recruitment agency or international education environment
• Knowledge of UK higher education systems and university application processes
