As the school grows into the full senior school in the next two years this role requires strategic development and operation of careers guidance to students from grade 7 to 12. To ensure students in the school are aware of the developing options in the local and international labour markets and further education pathways. To ensure students have access to the latest information regarding skills, processes, and be prepared for acceptance at top university destinations locally, nationally, and internationally. To be culturally astute, the ability to foster strong relationships and ensure each student can access further education according to their needs, performance, and aspirations.
