Connaissances
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and directing all aspects of our development projects and will be required to coordinate and manage a wide variety of personnel.
- Lead and manage the planning, budgeting, and implementation of project timelines.
- Execute day-to-day management of development projects.
- Monitor progress and performance; manage personnel, resources, and scheduling of activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with clients.
- Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide strong negotiation and client-relations skills.
- Project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and understanding of project development dynamics.
- Ability to manage risk and identify potential problems.
- Previous experience in construction project management is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant software applications is a plus.
