Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Management Consultant to lead the strategic product engagement with Key Customers. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, and near-term strategy to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role that will directly interface with our customers and drive success of our company.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and industry trends for MCPTT products.

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet company goals.

Capable of understanding the various platform / technology stacks, the structure and the interactions matrix.

Identify strategic partnership opportunities and manage key supplier relationships.

Lead the development and launch of new features and products.

Manage the product backlog and define clear product requirements.

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful execution.

Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize development.

Gather and analyze user feedback to improve the customer experience.

Advocate for a customer-centric approach throughout the company.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.

Continuously refine product development processes for efficiency.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
• Passion for creating innovative and impactful products using latest technologies
• Experience working with external vendors / stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully defining, developing, and launching successful products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Applicants MUST be fluent in both Arabic and English. Native / Bilingual Proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in customer environments.
