We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts for our company. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments to avoid overstocking or shortages
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with the purchasing department for timely procurement
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on storage and organization
- Train and supervise inventory control staff, providing coaching and evaluations
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage expiration dates for perishable items and take necessary actions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
