BIM QA/QC Lead: Elevate 3D Modeling & Compliance
Job summary
A global engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a BIM QA/QC Specialist to ensure quality assurance of BIM deliverables. This role involves compliance monitoring, direct collaboration with engineering teams, and producing technical drawings. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and over 8 years of experience in BIM modeling and QA/QC processes. Join the dynamic team and shape the future of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ overall years of related work experience in BIM modeling, QA/QC, and BIM coordination.
- BIM Software Certification.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for BIM deliverables quality assurance.
- Perform QA/QC of technical drawings for compliance with Client requirements.
- Supervise production of drawings and ensure accurate implementation of changes.
- Verify document accuracy and compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
- Prepare and maintain Base Plan and CAD/Revit Titleblocks.
- Monitor and review design documents throughout the project lifecycle.
