We are looking for a Country Manager - KSA

to lead our operations and drive our growth in the region. As the main representative of Pemo on the ground, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in KSA—building our local team, expanding our customer base, and ensuring we establish ourselves as a market leader.

What You’ll Do
  • Launch & Scale KSA Operations – Set up Pemo’s presence in KSA with full P&L ownership.

  • Drive Revenue Growth – Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline and convert key accounts.

  • Build & Lead a Team – Recruit and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team.

  • Own Market Strategy – Make key business decisions to establish Pemo as a market leader.

  • Engage with Regulators – Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

  • Represent Pemo in KSA – Build partnerships and increase brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For

5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup. Sales leadership experience—experience mentoring and leading sales teams. Strong commercial acumen—proven ability to scale a business and drive revenue. Strategic & execution-focused—able to plan and deliver results. Deep knowledge of the Saudi market—basic familiarity with regulatory understanding. Fluent in Arabic & English—excellent communication skills.
