Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support in leading the MEA Work Dynamics team, ensuring high-quality consulting services that address client challenges effectively.
Develop and execute the Work Dynamics strategy in MEA, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
Drive business development, manage key client relationships, and identify new opportunities.
Oversee project teams to deliver exceptional results in:
Contribute to defining consulting offerings and value propositions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of high performance.
Participate in regional leadership meetings and contribute to MEA business strategy.
Qualifications:
10-15 years in strategic or management consulting, focusing on people and place strategies.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management at executive level.
Strong understanding of MEA market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
Ability to travel frequently within GCC and Middle East.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in real estate, professional services, or business services.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Fluency in English required; Arabic skills highly desirable.
