Role Overview

You will work closely with clients to assess their current performance management practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of current performance management systems and practices.
  • Consult with clients to define performance objectives and KPIs.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks and processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for management and staff on performance management best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of performance management systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management.
Qualifications
