They are seeking a highly experienced English Speaking Finance Manager to drive financial planning, reporting, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing finance, strong ERP proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics / Odoo), and a proven track record of strategic financial leadership. The candidate must be present now in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
2. Management Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.
3. ERP Financial Management: Oversee financial modules in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo), ensuring accurate data and efficient processes.
4. Cost Control & Inventory Accounting: Implement and monitor cost accounting practices specific to manufacturing operations and materials.
5. Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury functions.
6. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and internal control standards.
